Kim Watson, Director for CORE, has spent over 28 years as a certified educator. She has extensive experience helping students with a range of exceptionalities, including Gifted and Talented, ADHD, Anxiety, ASD, and those with deficits in Executive Function Skills. As a founding staff member at Eaton Academy in Roswell, Georgia, Kim provided instruction to students and served as Assistant Academic Director. Her passion is being an integral part of the personal journey for each family and student she serves. Additionally, Kim holds a B.A. in Sociology from Agnes Scott College and a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with an Endorsement in Autism from the University of North Georgia.
Stephanie Deker

Stephanie Deker is the Assistant Vice President of Outreach and Development for My CORE Strategy and College Living Experience. Throughout her career, she has pursued her mission to help others find the right resources and fit they need to thrive in education and behavioral health. Her life has been enriched by those who think differently of every age. Stephanie’s professional and personal experience navigating the unique challenges facing students and families with exceptionalities drives her to share students’ capabilities and the opportunities that await them with the right support. She believes experience builds confidence, which reveals capability.
Elizabeth Boyer
Elizabeth BoyerCoach
Elizabeth Boyer is a coach for CORE. She obtained her B.A. Communication Studies with a minor in Psychology from California State University Stanislaus and holds a M.A. in Communication Studies from Sacramento State University. From her most recent peer support job with Merced County where she worked with adults by setting goals and increasing wellness, to teaching college level public speaking courses via Zoom as a graduate assistant, being a cheerleading coach for a high school squad, and substituting at a preschool, Elizabeth has had the opportunity to work alongside and mentor individuals of all ages and walks of life. Her passion is helping others achieve the goals they set out to accomplish by building strong relationships, inspiring, and encouraging them.
Mary Fye
Mary FyeCoach
Mary Fye is coach for Core. She has 27 years of experience as a high school teacher, teaching all levels of English as well as AP Research, and a variety of arts-related electives. Mary also teaches EDU 250: Discovery – a dual-enrollment course through Western Kentucky University. Her personal experience with ADHD makes her empathetic to the needs of our students and uniquely suited to provide support with a variety of strategies. Mary recently obtained a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, and she continues to seek out professional development opportunities that will help her students. She is honored to have the opportunity to work with young adults as they navigate the world of education and learn to self-advocate.
Maggie Currier

Maggie Currier is a Coach for CORE. Maggie completed both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in the field of Psychology. In her previous role as a virtual health coach Maggie worked to help others set goals and overcome any obstacles that they could face along the way of making the goal a reality. Her heart is for better understanding others and helping others better understand themselves so they can reach their fullest potential in life.
Jade Nadile

Jade began her work in public schools in 2002. She completed her B.S. in Exceptional Education (LBD) in 2005. In her 16+ years as an educator, she completed her M.A. with an Advanced Certification in Learning and Behavior Disorders and a second M.A. in School Counseling in 2018. As a teacher consultant and exceptional education teacher, Jade specialized in transition planning and preparation for students with disabilities, academic, behavioral, and transition goal planning and instruction, eligibility assessments, testing protocols and implementation, federal and state regulation compliance, using student data to develop curriculum, and co-teaching to enhance student learning through quality instructional practices. She passionately urges students to focus on skill building in an effort to increase student autonomy, integrity, dignity, and self-reliance. Jade believes the more skills students possess, the more successful, happy, and independent they become.
Kaylin Abney
Kaylin AbneyCoach
Kaylin Abney recently obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science from Coastal Carolina University. Most recently Kaylin was a substitute teacher for K-12 schools in North Carolina.

Kaylin has a passion for helping students reach their full potential by using a positive and encouraging approach helping them succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Jennifer King
Jennifer KingCoach
Jennifer has a background in social work and psychology with a focus in special needs development. Having spent many years working in early intervention, and also with ABA therapy, she has a real passion for mentoring and teaching.

Jennifer has also spent some time in program development and case management working with a wide variety of community providers. She greatly enjoys learning new things! Every day is an adventure and in her years working with at-risk youth she has learned so much with them and from them. She is super excited to have the opportunity to coach some amazing young men and women and to see them excel!

Monica Wilkes

Monica recently obtained her Master of Science in School Counseling and holds an undergraduate degree is in Social Work. She spent 10 years as a Social Worker and then began working in education as her children started school. She spent 12 years working as a teacher’s assistant in English classes for 9th and 10th grade. In addition to having a passion for working with teens in a counseling setting, she also spends a great deal of time mentoring and teaching teens and young adults with disabilities and learning differences in order to help assist and prepare them to succeed inside the classroom and in life.

Amy Radochonski, President of My CORE Strategy (CORE) and College Living Experience, oversees the program planning of CORE and CLE supports and services. With an extensive background in the field of education, a key aspect of Amy’s focus is the creation, development, and implementation of procedural standards across all service areas throughout the country. As a devoted advocate and supporter of young adults with disabilities, Amy believes all individuals should have an opportunity to reach their greatest level of independence.
